This privacy policy applies to the Mindness mobile application (formerly PsyTests, hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS and Android created by Nybs.tech (Dzhavid Khalilov, IE, hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

The Application does not require registration. The Service Provider does not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or precise location.

Your answers to the questionnaires are processed on your device and are not uploaded to the Service Provider's servers. When you view a result, an anonymous analytics event containing the test identifier, the total score and the result category may be sent to the analytics services listed below. It is not linked to your identity.

The Application and the third-party services it uses may collect device information (model, operating system version, language, app version), a random installation identifier, usage statistics (screens opened, tests started and completed) and crash reports. This data is used to keep the Application working, to fix crashes and to understand how the Application is used.

Mindness Premium is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google and are never seen by the Service Provider. To recognise your subscription, the Application uses RevenueCat, which stores an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase history for this Application. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.

The Application uses the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — usage statistics and crash reports.
• RevenueCat — subscription status and purchase history.
• Yandex AppMetrica (Android only) — usage statistics.
• Yandex Advertising Network (Android only, shown to users without a Premium subscription) — may use an advertising identifier to show and measure ads.

The iOS version does not show advertising and does not request permission to track you across other apps and websites.

The Application is intended for users aged 16 and older. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Psychological testing content may not be appropriate for children under 16, and parental supervision is recommended for users under 18.

Test answers stay on your device until you delete the Application. Analytics and crash data are retained by the services above according to their policies. Purchase records in RevenueCat are retained for as long as needed to honour your subscription.

You can stop all data collection by deleting the Application. To request deletion of the data held about your installation, write to support@nybs.tech.

The Service Provider takes reasonable physical, electronic and procedural measures to protect the information it processes. Data is transferred over encrypted connections.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
